Tsubame-chan
A flexible, space-saving 3D sorter. The T-M-48-J provides 48 destinations and standard throughput of 1,600 items/hour for primary and secondary sorting of small parcels and varied products.

From consultation to implementation & operational support
From reviewing current operations and identifying challenges to equipment selection, layout design, manufacturing, installation and operational support, we develop an implementation plan around your processes and operating requirements.
- STEP 01
Initial inquiry
Tell us about your plans to reduce manual work, ease workloads or improve sorting and conveying. We review the target operations and desired implementation schedule.
- STEP 02
Requirements review & site survey
We review parcel characteristics, dimensions, weight, hourly volumes, work routes and installation conditions. Site surveys, where needed, establish the scope of automation and interfaces with existing equipment.
- STEP 03
Process analysis & concept planning
We analyze existing processes and volume data to determine required throughput, sorting destinations and operating methods, then develop a concept aligned with material flow and equipment layout.
- STEP 04
System proposal & quotation
We propose equipment, sorting outlets, upstream and downstream interfaces, and maintenance space. Specifications, costs and implementation stages are presented to support your evaluation.
- STEP 05
Detailed design, manufacture & installation
Detailed design, manufacturing and pre-shipment inspection follow the agreed specifications. We review delivery access, work responsibilities and impacts on existing equipment, and coordinate installation and adjustment.
- STEP 06
Commissioning, training & operational support
Commissioning verifies equipment operation and procedures, followed by guidance on operation and routine inspections. We also welcome enquiries about maintenance, technical support and operational improvement after startup.
