Tsubame structure
The system comprises the sorter body, scanner, sorting destinations and induction. Induction, scanning, transport and sorting are designed around site operations.
Configurable design
Rail levels, scanner specifications, sorting destinations, induction count and inspection access positions can be configured to suit project requirements.
Refrigerated and frozen-environment options
Refrigerated and frozen-environment specifications are available for consultation. Temperature range and equipment configuration require project-specific confirmation.
Modular design and installation
The modular design supports installation. The brochure’s minimum half-day installation is a guide under specified conditions. Access, assembly scope and commissioning schedules require individual confirmation.
Power supply and product liability insurance
AC100V power and Japanese product liability insurance can be discussed. Supply capacity, connection requirements and insurance coverage must be confirmed for the selected configuration.
